This is a 1-day workshop that will focus on beginner lighting. Not too familiar with studio lighting? Or never even bothered with off-camera flash before? This workshop will be PERFECT for you!! We're going to cover the basics such as camera gear, camera settings, light settings, angles, how to use 1 light in many different ways, and we will even incorporate a 2nd light into this workshop. If you feel confident in your basic lighting skills, then check out the ADVANCED lighting workshop on Sunday, 8/18/24! I will also be offering a 2-day ticket option for $699 if you would like to attend both dates.

WRONG! It'll just cost an arm and a leg! (I kid, I kid. Hahahahaha. Bad photographer joke right there.) Only $79 is due to reserve your spot, the remainder isn't due until 1 month before the workshop. The total price for this beginner workshop is $299.

When, Where, and What to Bring??

When?

Where?
Waco, Georgia - Somewhat in between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL. About an hour west of ATL and 1.5 hours east of Bham. I will send the exact location once booked.

Where to stay?
The workshop will be held at my studio in Waco, GA and there are several hotels nearby for you to crash at night! Feel free to chat with some people from the workshop and get a room together to split the cost if you'd like! (That's totally what I would do!)

What to bring?
Bring your DSLR and any lenses you wish. I recommend a 35mm, 24-70mm, 50mm, and/or 85mm.

Food, drinks, transportation and lodging not included.
